Wishlist is designed to collect as little data as possible. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no tracking. The only data we store is what you put into your wishlists:
Wishlist data is used solely to display and share your wishlists. We do not analyze, sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, retailers, or any third party.
Wishlist data is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure (Cloudflare KV) and served over HTTPS. The list of wishlists shown on the home page is kept in your own browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
Each wishlist is reachable through a unique, unguessable link. Anyone you share that link with can view the wishlist, mark items as purchased, record contributions, and delete items. Treat the link as you would a shared document link — share it only with people you trust. Deleting a wishlist permanently removes its data from our storage.
We use Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and Google Fonts (typeface delivery). Store links you add to items point to third-party retailers; visiting them is subject to those retailers' own privacy policies. We use no analytics and no advertising trackers.
You can delete any wishlist you created at any time, which permanently removes its data. Because there are no accounts, we cannot recover deleted wishlists. For any privacy request, contact us at the address below.
